4th Level Navigation
**Programme > Departments >Mother Tongue Language > Chinese Language
Step 1: Go to navigation bar, create submenu instead of folder. Shown below.
Step 2: Create submenu folders according to the school’s original site.
Example below: Submenu folders created are Departments, Applied Learning Programme, Co Curricular Activities and Learning for Life Programme
Original site on top.
Below are the corresponding submenu folders in Isomer navigation page.
The permalink will be important as it needs to match the corresponding permalink in your workspace pages. (Will explain further below in step 4)
Step 3: Go to workspace and create folder (Programme) and submenu folder (Departments, Applied Learning Programme, Co Curricular Activities and Learning for Life Programme)
The folder with 4th level navigation content is Department. You do not create a subfolder for department but create it as a folder. Show and explain some more below.
Sub folder does not contain Department as shown above.
Programme > Departments >Mother Tongue Language > Chinese Language
What you are going to create instead is
Departments > Mother Tongue Language > Chinese Language
So that the original first level (Programme) is now eliminated and department becomes the first level instead. This now becomes 3rd level navigation. Folder > subfolder > page.
Create folder for department as shown below.
Step 4: Ensure that the permalink(in the navigation page) matches the folder permalink (in the workspace) so that you do not face an error 404 in your staging page.
